Newsfeed Articles: Drafting, Publishing and sending notifications.

Selecting the Intended Site to Publish the Article
If you are a super admin, please ensure you are selecting the correct site or sites before publishing!
Creating a Newsfeed Article
Access the newsfeed tab in the Feature drawer to see the Article table. From here you can view articles and their statuses.
Select "Add Article" in the top Right Hand Corner
Upload your desired Image as your hero image and make sure you select "Add a header image".
Title and Header image are the minimum requirements.
Use formatting tools similar to those in Microsoft Word or Google Docs.
Set article settings such as audience restrictions and visibility options.
Select your audience by Role
Select your audience by tag/s
You can limit the audience by both Role and Tag!
The Site you are an Admin at is locked, so only the members/residents of that site can receive the Article.
Publishing the Article
Upload a header image and set it for the article.
Edit the article to include multiple images. Only 1 can be the header.
These images are stored on a reel to create a carousel of images for users to view on the app.
Review the article settings and make any necessary changes.
Publish the article and view it on the dashboard.
Viewing the Article on the App
Access the app to see the published article
Navigate directly to the NewsFeed Module in the Phone/Tablet
navigate to the article via the Newsfeed Article
Sending Notifications
Create and publish a new article
Engage with the modal/popup and Choose to send a notification to app users outside the dashboard.
View the notification on the app and engage with the new article.
