Scope
This procedure applies to all users of the Conpago application who need to update their password. If a user is unable to complete this process, an administrator with dashboard access can update it on their behalf.
Password Requirements
Before updating your password, ensure it meets the following security criteria:
Minimum of 8 characters
At least one uppercase letter
At least one number
Procedure
1. Accessing the Password Change Option
Open the Conpago application.
Navigate to the top left-hand corner and tap on your profile page.

Scroll down to Settings.
Select Change Password.
2. Updating Your Password
Enter your current password in the designated field.
Enter your new password, ensuring it meets the required criteria.
Re-enter the new password in the Confirm New Password field.
Tap Set New Password.
3. Troubleshooting Password Errors
If you receive an error message, check the following:
Ensure the password includes a capital letter and a number.
Verify that the new password and confirmation password match.
If the password does not meet the criteria, adjust it accordingly and attempt to save it again.
4. Confirmation of Password Update
Once the password update is successful, you will receive confirmation.
If you experience difficulties, contact your provider or administrator for assistance.
Additional Notes
If an administrator resets your password, it is highly recommended that you update it to a secure password known only to you at your earliest convenience.
