SOP for Dismissing Notifications in Kintargo Client Portal
Objective
This SOP outlines the steps for users to dismiss notifications in the Kintargo Client Portal app, ensuring a streamlined user experience.
Key Steps
Step 1: Access Notification Center 0:00
Open the Conpago Client Portal app.
Locate the notification Centre in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Identify Notification to Dismiss 0:22
Review the notifications listed.
Identify the notification you wish to dismiss (e.g., 'Transportation request has been finalised').
Step 3: Dismiss Notification 0:38

Swipe across the notification you want to delete.
Tap the red part of the notification that reads "delete"
Then Re-Confirm the action by selecting 'Delete' when prompted to ensure you want to delete the notification.
Step 4: Verify Notification Removal 0:52
Check the notification center to confirm the notification has been removed.
The notification count should decrease accordingly.
Step 5: Repeat as Necessary 1:07
If there are additional notifications to dismiss, repeat Steps 2 to 4.
Ensure that all desired notifications have been dismissed and the notification centre reflects the correct count.
Cautionary Notes
Ensure that you really want to delete the notification, as this action cannot be undone.
