Downloading from the Apple App Store

To download your Provider's App from the Apple App Store onto an iPhone.

Key Steps

  1. Ensure you are logged into your AppleID

    1. If you are not currently logged in, here is the link to the "Login With my Apple ID" Support Article

    2. If you have forgotten your Apple ID Credentials, here is the link to the "Forgotten your Apple ID Password" Support Article.

  2. Open the Apple App Store on your iPhone.

  3. Use the search button in the bottom right corner to search for the name of your Provider or Retirement Operator

    1. In this example, we are searching for "Conpago"

  4. Scroll down to find the App if it is not immediately visible.

  5. Tap on the cloud icon with a downward arrow to download the app.

  6. Wait for the app to download (approximately 10-15 seconds).

  7. While waiting, you can preview images and read reviews.

  8. Once downloaded, select "Open" to launch the app.

  9. You will be greeted with the Welcome Screen and will be prompted to log in

By following these steps, you can successfully download the App app from the Apple App Store onto your iPhone.

  • Ensure you are downloading the correct app

    • Confirm the name of the app with your Provider or Retirement Operator

    • You will be able to recognise the logo or branding to feel comfortable that you're downloading the correct Application

    • Check the app details before downloading to confirm it is the correct application.

  • Make sure you have a stable internet connection for the download process.
