How to Log into the Conpago-Developed App: A Step-by-Step Guide
Welcome to the Conpago knowledge base! In this guide, we'll walk you through logging into the App for the first time.
There are three methods to log in:
Username with multi-factor authentication (MFA) via email or SMS,
Username and password, and
Email address as a Username and your choice of Authentication (MFA or Password).
Lets get started.
Method 1: Username and Multi-Factor Authentication (Email)
Step 1: Open the App
Launch the App on your device - It will generally be the name and brand of your Home Care, Disability Care or Retirement Operator.
You will be greeted with the welcome splash screen prompting you to log in.
Step 2: Enter Username
Enter your username. For this example, our user is Elizabeth Anne and her username is "eanne"
Note there are no capitals in the Username
Agree to the terms and conditions by checking the box. You can read the terms and conditions by clicking the link.
Step 3: Receive and Enter the Code

Choose to log in with an email:
An email containing a 4 digit verification code will be sent to your registered email address.
Open your email inbox, retrieve the code, and enter it into the app.
Tap "Done" to proceed.
Step 4: Welcome to the App!
You are now logged in and set up to use the App.
Method 2: Username and Password
Step 1: Open the App
Launch the App on your device.
Step 2: Enter Username
Enter your username and agree to the terms and conditions.
Step 3: Enter Password
Type in your password.
If you do not know your password, you can contact your provider or Retirement Operator who can update your password
Tap "Login."
Step 4: Save Password (Optional)
You can choose to have your device remember your password for convenience, though it's not always recommended for security reasons.
Step 5: Welcome to the App!
You will be directed to the home page of the application.
Method 3: Email Address as Username
Step 1: Open the App
Launch the App on your device.
Step 2: Enter Email
Instead of a username, enter your email address.
Agree to the terms and conditions.
Step 3a: Use your Password or Receive and Enter the Code
An email containing a verification code will be sent to your registered email address.
Open your email inbox, retrieve the code, and enter it into the app.
Tap "Done" to proceed.
Step 3b: Enter Password
Type in your password.
If you do not know your password, you can contact your provider or Retirement Operator who can update your password
Tap "Login."
You can choose to have your device remember your password for convenience, though it's not always recommended for security reasons.
Step 4 Welcome to the App!
You will be directed to the home page of the application.
